No. It answers enquiries on your website, around the clock. Customers who prefer to ring still reach you as normal.
What does it do with a gas emergency?+
If a customer mentions a gas smell, it tells them to leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency number on 0800 111 999 before anything else.
Will it quote prices I haven't agreed?+
No. It only uses the prices you give it. Anything else, it tells the customer you'll confirm. It never diagnoses faults.
